I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The location of this place is also very convenient, with easy access to the Belorusskaya rail station and being near the Sheremetyo airport. It was convenient to travel to and from the airport, saving me a lot of time and effort.

Having previously stayed at some of the world's top-notch hotels, Mona exceeded all my expectations. The members of staff were courteous, the room was spacious and tidy, and the service was prompt. The location speaks of itself with main connections to the city-centre and the international airport right at the doorstep. Will definitely come back.

Used this hotel as Aircrew nightstop out of Sheremetjevo. Spacious rooms , free high speed internet works flawless. Very good bedding. Quiet surrounding.Good alternative for Airport Novotel or Park Inn for crew nightstop.

Poorly lit dark corridors. Despite close to Sheremetjevo, traffic jam brings travel up to 40 min. Had some moskitos in the room.

The location of the hotel was slightly remote, which made it difficult to venture out and explore the city. There were no nearby restaurants or shops, which made it challenging to find food and supplies.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly when they bothered to speak to us. The gardens around the hotel were also very nice and had plenty of sitting areas to relax.

The hotel is too isolated for sightseeing in the city. The advertised "excellent restaurant" was only okay, and there weren't any other dining options nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, providing a good Airport Transfer Service. Guests can also enjoy good quality dinner in the on-site restaurant with a very good wine list. the rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with nice facilities such as a bath and shower in the bathroom.

At least one reviewer experienced a small hiccup with the checkout process, but the situation was handled well by the staff.
